The MIL competitions is all about having a good time on the floor. No matter what level you are or your ambitions.
You only have to relate to three different dances, and not six as they have in the UCWDC.

You also don't have to relate as much to the motions that you often are confronted with. The MIL competitions is more about "Music Interpretation" How YOU feel the music. But it is important to do the basics correctly!

The Dress code is relaxed. Especially in the lower levels (divisions). Only men need to wear a cowboyhat, and only while dancing a country dance. For women, it's optional.
